• Search & Selection
Clients will instruct Green Light with a recruitment brief and subsequently be supplied with CVs. All CVs will represent suitably skilled, pre-qualified and pre-interviewed candidates from our extensive database. You will only receive CVs of individuals who have authorised us to submit their details to you. Our database consists of individuals, who have been recommended to us via our numerous referral networks, via our website or via responses to our varied advertising coverage.
• Retained Assignments
Clients will instruct Green Light with a recruitment brief along with your preferred ‘target’ individuals. These individuals will be professionally approached and headhunted exclusively for you. When this is the process of choice, no other client will receive these CVs until you have confirmed with us that your interest in the individual has ended.
• Tailored Search
Clients will instruct Green Light with a recruitment brief and then discuss with us how you require us to source, screen, and assess the suitability of individuals. This may include psychometric testing, CRB checks and/or occupational health checks if required. We are flexible to accommodate all viable methods of resourcing and welcome the opportunity to discuss your requests with you.
