Question Time

The interview is a 2-way process. It is an opportunity for you to learn more about the company and for the interviewer to learn more about you. With this in mind, Green Light has listed some of the more common questions which may be directed at you at interview.

What attracts you to work for our organisation?
What attracts you to work in this business sector?
What are your reasons for wanting to leave your current post?
What do you enjoy most about your job?
What motivates you?

It is important to assume that a client will be interviewing numerous individuals for their vacancy. No matter how highly skilled you are, a client will always have their own criteria. It is imperative that you give a strong account of yourself in order to be extended an offer.

Your Style - Recruitment and Sales can be diverse environments and houses various personalities and attributes. Each and every style can achieve the goals of both candidates and clients; however, certain organisations require certain approaches. Billing History - Provide a brief and honest overview of your monthly fee income to cover the last 2 years if possible and state where this income has been generated from.

Close - Upon the completion of the interview, be sure that you thank your interviewer for their time in meeting with you. Assuming that the company and position on offer remains of interest to you, be sure to convey this fact to the interviewer. Ask them their thoughts and if the interest appears to be mutual, then ask what the next step will be. Upon leaving the interview site, please contact your Green Light Consultant with your feedback.
